Choose the Best Outdoor LTE Antenna For Your Mobile Phone

Even though there are numerous benefits associated with outdoor LTE antennas, particularly in the area of efficiency and versatility, the primary consideration when thinking about an outdoor LTE antenna is the quality of the outdoor LTE antenna. You would not put unreliable cheap tyres on top of a high performance car or mast, so why would install poor quality antennas and other potentially expensive RF cables into an indoor, outdoor LTE wireless network installation. To begin with, indoor and outdoor LTE installations will require different types of connections for power, Ethernet, telephone and Internet. As well, each LTE network will have its own security requirements and different security configurations that must be adhered to. It is critical that the LTE antenna is strong enough to support all the requirements before considering any type of outdoor connection.

There are several considerations that must be addressed when considering purchasing an outdoor LTE antenna and installation. The first consideration is the desired frequency range that will be accessed by the outdoor LTE antenna. This frequency range will be affected by the LNA and the location of the LNB. For example, in buildings that are protected from electromagnetic radiation, it is unlikely that the LNB will transmit over 100 meters as the radiation emitted by LNBs will exceed that at most offices. Therefore, you must ensure that you choose a location in the building that is not located in a zone that is vulnerable to electromagnetic radiation.

In addition, when designing an outdoor LTe antenna the type of connection used for the connection should also be considered. Currently the most popular type of connection used for outdoor LTe antennas is the mike, which uses an FM frequency. As this type of frequency can reach well outside of normal operating ranges, some of the outdoor LTe antennas use the vswr (vide-wave reverse) connector. The vswr connector has been found to function within these ranges. This means that the range will depend upon the manufacturer's specifications.

Another consideration is how the outdoor LTe antenna will be connected to a source of power. In many cases, a single standard size extension cable will be sufficient to provide power to the LNB. In other situations, you may require an additional 24dbi lte cable, which is capable of transmitting signals over greater distances and is commonly used in mobile communication networks.

When choosing the extension cable, ensure that it matches the LNB frequency that it is to be connected to. In most cases, a suitable 4g antenna will support a maximum signal distance of 75 feet, which is quite a long distance when you consider the typical usage of an outdoor LTe antenna. Therefore, it is best to check with the user manual for the specifications of your particular model. A suitable antenna can extend cable up to two miles, and this will provide better mobility options for users.
