Guangdong-Alexandria Silk Road Cooperation And Digital Economy Seminar

The Guangdong-Alexandria Silk Road cooperation and digital economy seminar  was held in the conference hall of Guangdong Foreign Affairs club on the afternoon of September 23, 2021. Due to the epidemic, the meeting was held by remote video call. Officers attending the meeting included Qian Hongjie, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the people's Government of Guangdong Province, Zhao Liying, Chinese Consul General in Alexandria, Jacqueline, vice governor of Alexandria, and Rida Ismail, first deputy minister of the Ministry of communications of Egypt.

 

 

At the beginning of the meeting, the officers of China and Egypt introduced the topics of the meeting and delivered speeches on the economic and trade situation of the two countries. Other guests attending the meeting, such as Huang Hai, vice president of Guangdong Branch of Bank of Communications, and Tarig Shahei, chairman of Alexandria Port Authority, gave in-depth speeches.

 

 

As one of 5g antenna manufacturers in China, Shenglu international trade team led by Fang Liping (deputy general manager of Guangdong Shenglu Telecommunication Tech Co Ltd) and Luo Haoming (deputy general manager of Guangdong Shenglu Telecommunication Co Ltd) also participated in the seminar. During the banquet, Luo Haoming, on behalf of Guangdong Shenglu Telecommunication Co., Ltd., conducted a detailed business report and theme discussion around the theme of digital economy and telecommunication infrastructure construction, and put forward Shenglu solutions for the construction of digitalized telecommunication infrastructure in Egypt and Africa.

 

 

After the meeting, vice president Fang Liping and vice president Luo Haoming gave a brief work report with the deputy director Qian Hongjie separately and expressed Shenglu's desire to explore the global market and participate in the construction of global telecommunication digitization.
